Satsuma no Mugi Shochu

“Satsuma no Mugi Shochu” is the barley shochu especially made to meet people’s tastes in Kagoshima where the preferable tastes are relatively sweet traditionally and climatically. This shochu is made from natural barley, therefore it has an unique barley flavor and a velvety sweet taste. Proudivy awarded by the Governor of Kagoshima at Liquor Product Fair in 2002, and more.

Shiratsuyu : brewed by White koji and proud of its fresh and sharp aroma of sweet potato, clear and dry taste. Recommended to drink with hot water to enjoy more mellowness taste.
Shiratsuyu Kuro Koji : brewed by Black koji proud of its rich and robust aroma of sweet potato.Please enjoy its outstanding freshness and pleasant sweetness.
Satsuma no Mugi Shochu : the barley shochu especially made to meet people's tastes in Kagoshima where the preferable tastes are relatively sweet traditionally and climatically.
Takumi no Hana : a prime shochu made from specially selected sweet potatoes which are classified as the highest quality cultivated in Ibusuki region and is only produced during the best harvest season of this crop.
Iwaizumi : a blended shochu which is a mixture of several malts. Each malt is fermented by different types of koji, one is called White koji and the other is called Black koji.
Mayuko Sweet : presents sophisticated, mellow taste and suit for the shochu beginner as the typical flavor of sweet potato is well removed.
Mayuko Pure Black : aged in the special exclusive tank and is the rare item that has more flavor than any other traditional black malts shochu.
Shiratsuyu Osusume Umeshu : more rich, well rounded taste and flavor than any other plum wines which are made by standard liquor products.
Shiratsuyu Tokusei Umeshu : a more rich, fresh taste and flavor than any other plum wines available.
