After carefully selecting only high quality Nanko-plum, we then marinated the
plum in a year aged sweet potato shochu with crystal sugar. "Shiratsuyu Tokusei
Umeshu" has a more rich, fresh taste and flavor than any other plum wines available.
The umeshu based sweet potato shochu is quite unique among other kinds of
umeshu, "Shiratsuyu Tokusei Umeshu" is one of the special items within Shiratsuyu brand.
This is a rare plum wine which has an unique fragrance of sweet potato Shochu.
